Reviews
Wow, can’t say enough about how kind and welcoming the staff at La Chingona were! They truly make you feel at home, I’ve never had service like this at any restaurant before - they even gave us free drinks just for visiting from far away! On top of this, the food was delicious and sizable portions for the price - especially the tacos which were loaded with meat. They put so much care into everything they serve, even the aguas frescas which were housemade (best horchata i’ve had hands down). On top of all this, the decor is beautiful. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Seattle area looking to eat delicious Mexican food!
I'll be back.
The tacos are good, although a bit pricey even though they're bigger than at most other places. They're topped with potato wedges, onion, diced tomatoes and cilantro.
The tamales are very good. They are expensive, but they taste almost like the ones I'm used to in Mexico.
For reals, go here—this is the best Mexican food around! I never write reviews but this place is so, so delicious! The Carne Asada taco with the potato’s and onions, or the Pescado taco—wow! AND the horchata is unbelievably delicious and fresh. My 5 year old ate all my taco and he’s picky! Eat here I promise you’ll love it!
Amazing tacos and great service!
Their tacos were packaged nicely too making sure they didn’t rip open or shake around in the tray!
Note: The portions are big! These are not like your typical small tortillas and I was full after 2 tacos!
I came for a quick lunch break and was very impressed. The food was delicious and the service was awesome. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted at first but they were patient and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will be coming back. Also, the horchata was some of the best I’ve had. Great seating area to enjoy the food as well.
The chile relleno burrito was one of the best, if not the best, burritos I've ever had. I usually can't finish a whole large burrito by myself but I inhaled this one. I don't know if I'll ever be able to enjoy the burritos at my neighborhood taco truck again without comparing them to this. The ratios of everything are perfect and so flavorful and the wait was super quick even though they were busy. The owner, Sandra, is so sweet and greeted me warmly and kindly when we'd met only once before. The atmosphere feels like a block party where everyone is friends. I cannot emphasize enough that you should drop everything and eat here.
This taco truck is the literal best place for a nice lunch. It’s within walking distance to my school and I go pretty often during lunch or after school!
Everyone who works there has been super kind and friendly, and they even gave us free Horchata while we were freezing our butts off with not-nearly-enough clothes.
And the food is so so good! The quesadillas and tacos are better than any restaurants I’ve been to. I fully suggest people check this place out <3
5/5, wish I could give more

Genuinely sooo confused by how many stars this truck has, I’m convinced they’ve been bought. I saw the good reviews and decided to try this place out. First of all, one taco should never cost $5+ and a mediocre tasting one at that. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it had absolutely no flavor and the carne asada was difficult to chew and not cut up properly. Do not recommend at all.
